    Great location, nice staff, great afternoon tea!

    Very loud and old air conditioning. Unfortunately it was very cold in the room (winter trip), because the air conditioning took 3 hours to warm up the temperature from the initial 19 to 21 degrees.

    The staff were inattentive to my concerns when I reported the issue. My experience was marred by the chaos rather than the relaxation I expected.

    Spotless hotel with incredibly attentive and helpful staff apart from the manager. Lovely building and rooms with a balcony. The best and perfect location, around 4-6 minutes walk from Park Lane Road, really enjoyed this place. Good restaurant at a moderate distance from the property.

    A royal experience!

    The staff treated us like royalty. The room was gorgeous, and the spa at No. 45 had killer facilities. Breakfast was lovely with special dishes. Only thing was the afternoon tea was a bit off. We had to ask for our tea which felt a bit silly.

    Great way to end our trip. Particularly good breakfast with a great selection of excellent foods. Superbly friendly staff members from the doorman to front desk, luxurious rooms. Amazing location, right at Park Lane Road. Historic area next to London on many occasions, wonderful neighborhoods and other dining venues of better value.

    Elegant hotel, friendly staff, where I enjoyed a good breakfast each morning and found the spacious Beautiful King Room clean with comfortable amenities.

    I emailed reservations 24 hours before my Mums stay explaining it was her 60th birthday and could we check in a bit early. I received a delightful email welcoming us for her stay. Then we arrived at 11am on Saturday morning and were offered coffee and biscuits while her room was prepared. Then we were shown up to the room and 15 minutes later a birthday cake was brought to the room. Absolutely stunning service, staff were great. Would definitely stay here for a special occasion again
